More than 45 years of
rich tradition

Mark Green began cooking at an early age in the kitchen of his childhood home in Glen Clove, Long Island. During his teenage years, he took a steady job at the local Ben’s Kosher Deli as a cook. Mark attended Culinary School in New York.

Following his graduation, Mark worked as a chef for Club Mediterranean Resorts in the Caribbean & Key West, Aruba and New York. He then went on to work as a chef for Richmond Kosher Catering.

Chef Mark has been with us since 1999, helping establish our renowned Glatt A La Carte premier kosher steakhouse in Brooklyn, NY. As our business has flourished, so has the affection of our community for him.

Our chef brings years of culinary expertise to our kitchen, ensuring each dish is consistently delicious. With professionalism and precision, he maintains the same exceptional taste in our dishes over time, delighting our patrons with every bite.
